The GeorbIS Desk is a monolithic desktop 3D GIS system, targeted primarily at users at organisations, where GIS activities center around compiling, editing, storing and later sharing a geodatabase. The desktop suite offers an extendable platform for geoprocessing and GIS data creation in a single setup, accessed through the user’s desktop. GeorbIS Desk maintains the ability to integrate with existing geospatial infrastructures through GeorbIS Aperture.

GeorbIS Desk empowers the user to perform the entire ambit of GIS related tasks ranging from GIS data visualisation to conducting complex analyses. The users of GeorbIS Desk can upgrade to GeorbIS Enterprise for scaling up across the organisation. GeorbIS Desk also supports extending the functionality of the desktop suite through CartridGIS and through custom application development on the GeorbIS engine, through C++ class APIs.
