Step 1 – Gathering content from multiple sources such as

  • 1a – 3D CAD model from Catia software
  • 1b – High-quality photos of aircraft engines, wings, and other components at the site
  • 1c – Operating procedures from manuals such as word/pdf documents, ppts, videos, images etc.

Step 2 – All these content get stored in the Exxar cloud server.

  • 2a – Using Exxar Stream, 3D assets & models would be created
  • 2b – A script & storyboard would be created to make the VR training more intuitive and interactive.
Step 3 – A team of experts will add a layer of interactions & animations to the 3D content Step 4 – VR-based aircraft maintenance training can be streamed directly to the lab across devices
